First off, I have no idea why I deleted my previous Tumblr and my other blogs. Sigh. Oh well. Not gonna explain anymore, not gonna promise that I’ll be keeping this one for a long time too. Just blog, blog, blog.
We [my mom, aunt, uncle and I] went to Lake Tahoe today to see the snow! It’s my first time to ever see snow and we were crossing our fingers that hopefully the snow hasn’t melted away yet. After all, it’s almost summer.

View near Lake Tahoe - and yay! We still got to see the snow! The view is spectacular. I have never seen so many pine trees before! It’s a massive, massive, massive scenery of mountains, snow and pine trees. Breathtakingly beautiful.

Most of the snow had melted already at the lower areas, though we were pretty much lucky that we saw spots were we can go. So here I am, walking on the snow for the very first time of my life. I think that it’s hard to walk on it though.

Finally~ Lake Tahoe itself. It’s just too beautiful for words! It’s amazing how there’s a lake between the mountains. A huge lake at that! The weather was also beautiful- Windy, a little bit chilly, but at the same time, sunny.

After taking photos around the lake, we went to Harrah’s and had lunch at Friday Station. Friday’s station is a buffet restaurant located at the 18th floor of Harrah’s. Since Harrah’s is just near by the lake; the view at Friday’s is spectacular! You can see the mountains still covered with snow and the lake below.
I’m bad at buffets because I don’t eat much (well, my subconscious would strain me not to. haha. hello diet-kunwari).

After lunch, we decided to pass by Reno, Nevada to see more and more and more snow. We also went to Eldorado where my Aunt played on the Casino; since I haven’t reached the legal age to be able to play, I just went around and took pictures with my mom.

Pretty right? :] The trip was a super long ride but definitely worth it. The scenery we’ve seen was totally something that you’ll forever keep in your memories! It’s really, really, amazing how nature looks so beautiful! Lake Tahoe will definitely be one of my favorite places in the world! :]
